P. Webley & Son, Birmingham
St
< 21c
a Webley made 7mm pinfire revolver, no serial # and no
maker's name. This is not uncommon for early British (Adams, Bentley, Webley) weapons to enable a
retailer to place his name there. 3½" barrel with front sight and ejector.
Typical for Webley on left outside spring for the loading gate, see picture from
catalog picture 21c, folding trigger for double action only, crisp
checkered grips. Better than 70% original blue remaining, mandatory Birmingham
proof.
The pocket size revolver comes in its original case, dark blue lined with
screwdriver, cleaning rod, key, 1 unused cartridge and 3 empty shells made by
Braun & Bloem in Düsseldorf. The rare set is in very fine condition.
$1,350.
