C. S. SHATUCK UNIQUE, serial # 131, cal. .32 rim-fire, 4-shot-barrel-cluster tipping down after pressing the release button on top of the frame. Squeezing the handle will turn the revolving striker in the breech and hit the cartridge. This is a very rare two-tone variation: with the squeezer in blue. The little squeezer comes with the often missing  ejector rod. Flayderman's # 8A-167.3
