- over and under - pistol, a mighty weapon often called Howdah for hunting
tigers in the Indian jungle out of the protection of the carriage (Howdah) on
the back of an elephant. The serial # is 8038, caliber .476 CF on the left side
of the barrels, 6" barrels with brass font sight and maker's inscription on the
upper flat, decorated with a lot of British proof stamps. The break-open system
for loading and unloading. Outstanding bluing with more than 90% remaining,
crisp grips, perfect function. A very rare and exceptional condition pistol
reserved
