French army-size revolver in Lefaucheux type with collapsible bayonet

French army-size revolver in Lefaucheux type, cal. 12mm pin fire, on lug # 4, 6" barrel with fixed front sight and additional collapsible 5¼" bayonet. Barrel and cylinder circa 70% bright blue remaining, the engraved frame kept in the white, crisp checkered grips, lanyard ring. No maker's name and proof stamps. A very fine and rare  1860's revolver.    1,950.
